When sitting—whether for learning or working—it’s important to use as little energy as possible to maintain an upright posture. This is best achieved by sitting with proper back support, legs at a right angle, feet flat on the floor, and a slightly tilted tabletop.

Another recommended sitting position is using the Rota floor table in a cross-legged (yoga) position with good back support.

As a supplement to the floor table, the seat board enables work close to the ground.
With a notch for the Rota floor table and an adaptation option for the SNOEZI positioning cushion, the seat board grows with the user. It can be easily assembled, disassembled, or adjusted in two sizes (for children and adults) without screws. Combined with cushions from the ARCUS Social Network, the wipeable wooden surface becomes cozy while remaining stable.

To achieve an optimal sitting position—whether at the floor table, table table, or on the seat board—the back should be well supported. The chair must be close to the table, and a firm back cushion may be needed. Firm seat cushions may also be necessary so that a child sits high enough to avoid having to raise their arms while writing.
